Program Overview
Cadets Rising
A youth enrichment organization developing the whole child — academically, physically, socially, and emotionally — through after-school sports, arts, STEM, and mentorship.
Building character, one cadet at a time.
The Challenge
02 / 07Too Many Students Are Falling Through the Cracks
The hours between 3pm and 6pm are the most critical — and most dangerous — time of day for young people. Without structured, enriching after-school programming, students face increased risk of academic failure, unsafe environments, and disengagement from school and community.

Our Solution
03 / 07Structured Enrichment That Develops the Whole Child
Cadets Rising fills the after-school gap with intentional, research-backed programming that addresses academic, physical, social, and emotional development simultaneously. Every program is grounded in the SCRR framework and designed to meet students where they are.
Our Framework
04 / 07The SCRR Model
Every program, interaction, and decision at Cadets Rising is guided by four core principles.
Self
Developing self-awareness, self-discipline, and a strong sense of personal identity and worth.
Collective
Fostering teamwork, community, and the understanding that individual success is strengthened by lifting others.
Root
Grounding students in their cultural heritage, history, and the values that anchor them through life's challenges.
Responsibility
Cultivating accountability — to oneself, to peers, to family, and to the broader community.
